Weddings are personal matters and mark the beginning of a new or continuing direction in your life. You don't have to wear the classic wedding dress. You can really wear whatever you want these days.You can have a joke with it or take it seriously, But its nice to think that symbolically you would honor this moment with a special outfit of some kind. If I had seen the 6th photo from top (big hat, pouf sleeves, peplum, all white) 42 years ago, I sure would have bought that outfit.
